At Foster Machining, Inc. we take pride in producing quality, cost effective, on time, precision CNC machined parts for our customers. We have a proven history of over 26 years satisfying customers’ needs. Having a younger, enthusiastic, and dedicated ownership will enable us to fulfill those needs for another 20 years and beyond. We are a privately owned, family operated company with customer service being our top priority. We have experience machining plastic, brass, aluminum, bronze, steel, stainless steel, and titanium as well as various other materials. Once your precision product has been machined, our finishing capabilities include: tumbling, aggregate blasting, auto painting, Cerakote, honing, line-graining, vacuum (skin) packaging, laser and rotary engraving and hydro-graphic dipping.
We are housed in a 30,000 square foot facility in the heart of the Reno-Sparks/Carson City manufacturing hub. While we have 20 plus CNC machines and over 20 employees, we are still small enough that our customers typically speak directly with ownership. There is no project too big or small, as we take on everything from prototype work up to 50,000 plus production runs. We enjoy working with all types of customers; from meticulous and large kan-ban corporations, on down to the start-up working from concept or sample parts, we will be able to exceed your expectations. Our SolidWorks/CamWorks engineering software package along with our Visual EstiTrack shop management system allows us to make your sample part into a print and prints into parts while meeting aggressive delivery schedules.
